Prize draws are meant to be fun. Most of our players enter for a few quid here and there, enjoy the anticipation, and move on with their lives. If that ever stops being the case for you, this page lists what to do next.

Our Approach

We are not a licensed gambling operator and we do not run our raffles like one. We are a free-entry prize draw — every paid raffle has a no-purchase-necessary postal route — but we still take player welfare seriously. We provide spending controls, account pauses, and clear signposting to people who can help if play stops feeling like fun.

Account Controls

You can take direct control of how you play from your account settings:

  • Set a spending limit (daily, weekly, or monthly) so the site stops you spending more than you have decided to.

  • Take a break — pause your account for a fixed period. While paused you cannot enter raffles or receive marketing from us.

  • Close your account permanently if you are done with us.

Once a limit or break is in place we will not let you raise or shorten it during the active period. We can only loosen restrictions after a 24-hour cool-off has passed.

Age Verification

You must be 18 or over to enter any raffle on this site, paid or free. We may ask you to verify your age before you enter, before you withdraw winnings, or at any other point if we have reason to. If you cannot satisfactorily prove you are 18 or over, we will refund any paid entries and remove you from upcoming draws.
